IUP hit the road for a pair of PSAC West matches this week and dropped 3-0 decisions at California and Edinboro. The Crimson Hawks lost by scores of 30-13, 30-24, 30-15 to the Vulcans and 30-12, 30-24, 30-25 to the Fighting Scots. IUP is now 6-10 overall and 0-3 in the PSAC West. In the match against California, Tessa Irwin led the way with eight kills while Maddie Schulte and Laura Robinette both had four. Schulte and Sandy Rambow both had two blocks. Emily McCombie had 16 assists and 16 digs and Emily Pany contributed 12 digs. Irwin and Kristen Tunno both recorded five kills against Edinboro. McCombie had 20 assists and Pany made 16 digs on defense. |
